The aforementioned data can be shown by the Responsible, exclusively with motivated decree of the Public Ministry, for the ascertainment of responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website, in respect of the laws and regulations in force.
- Data provided voluntarily
In case of voluntary use of the contact form, the site may collect other data (name and email address) that will be used only to respond to messages sent by users.
Their absence may make it impossible to obtain the information requested. Specific information will be published on the pages designed for the provision of certain services.
*For security reasons will also be saved automatically within the messages sent through the contact form: the IP address, date and time of sending each message.
Place of treatment
The data collected from the site are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, and at the web hosting datacenter. The web hosting (Aruba SPA - Via San Clemente, 53 - 24036 Ponte San Pietro BG, IT), which is responsible for data processing, processing the data on behalf of the owner, is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European standards.
Period of data retention
The data collected by the site during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the activities specified. Upon expiry, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is no further purpose for their retention.

Transfer of collected data to third parties

What are cookies
