Used Rudolf Deckert AVR 400 automatic capping machine, manufactured in 2010 and designed for the automatic application and tightening of caps and closures on bottles and rigid containers.

The machine features an intermittent-motion operating system and a compact linear monobloc design. It can be configured to process different closure types, depending on the installed capping equipment and available format parts.

The AVR 400 is suitable for installation downstream of liquid or solid-dose filling equipment and can be integrated into complete bottle filling, capping and labelling lines.
