Used Rudolf Deckert DFM 412 R automatic filling machine, manufactured in 2009 and designed for the volumetric dosing and filling of liquid, products.

The machine is equipped with mechanically adjustable piston dosing technology and offers an approximate filling range from 30 to 310 ml.

The bottom-up filling movement is designed to support controlled product dispensing and can help reduce splashing, foaming and air incorporation, depending on the characteristics of the product.

An automatic in-line conveyor transports the containers through the filling station and allows the machine to be integrated with upstream and downstream equipment, including bottle handling, capping and labelling systems.
