Coating system for tablets and micro-pellets, designed for film coating and sugar coating. For used in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical fields.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Non-perforated stainless steel AISI 316L coating pan (diameter 1,630 mm, approx)
• Pan opening: 520 mm (approx.)

• Multi-gun spray system on sliding support
• Directed air-flow system designed to channel air directly into the core of the product for fast and even drying of the coating layer 
• Suitable for both aqueous film coating and sugar coating
• Air handling unit with temperature control and filtration
• Electrical panel with industrial PLC/HMI for parameter management

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

• Working capacity: 200–400 L (approx.)
• Minimum operating load: 80–400 L (approx.)
• Optimal load: 200–350 L (depending on product density)

Production time

• film coating: 60–120 minutes 
• sugar coating: between 3 and 6 hours (depending on the recipe)
