Vertical high shear granulator. Allows for mixing, kneading, and granulating processes in a single vessel. Designed and manufactured to comply with the FDA, GMP, and other international requirements regarding performance and safety.

MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS

• integral control panel with timer/temperature/agitator controls
• Includes three product bowl assemblies (one on the machine currently and two spare bowls, for 25 – 10 – 5 liters)
• 5 hp main drive, 2 hp screw
• reduced cleaning time thanks to smooth surface of the vessel structure and small number of components and parts
• small footprint thanks to the compact body and limited space for the auxiliary equipment

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

• Production: up to 25 L

• equipped with a horizontally rotating main blade at the bottom of the vessel as well as a vertically rotating high-speed cross-screw on one side above the main blade
• can produce particles closer to the shape of a perfect sphere or particles heavier than those granulated on a fluid bed
