As part of its refurbishing, has a stainless steel control panel with reset safety button, mains isolator and stop; new machine wiring, and new Omron PLC with new PLC program. As new.

MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS

• New pneumatic gating system with neck centralisers
• 3 off used 316 Stainless Steel pneumatic centre jet shut off nozzles (12 mm diameter, 200 mm length)
• 3 off used positive displacement gear pumps (rated at max of 5 L/h)

• All new pump seals and nozzle seals (excluding gear pump rotary seal)
• 3 off Omron fill volume controllers
• 3 off used pump drives

• Refurbished hydraulic nozzle lift cylinder
• Bottle present and back up sensors
