WORKING CHARACTERISTICS

• Premixing: the mixing tool, rotating at 4 or 8 m/sec. near the bottom of the hopper, sets the mix in motion in a drum-shaped movement
• Smooth moist granulation: all grains are uniformly wet, so that a loose build-up granulate of up to 2 mm is produced. Larger lumps are beaten with the chopper tool

• Pre-mixing: 2 min (approx)
• Damp granulation: 2 - 4 min (approx)
• Discharge: 30 sec (approx)

• Total capacity: 800 l
• Batch size for moist granulation: 280-350 kg (depending on the consistency of the recipe)
