OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS


  • feeding system (automatic or manual) located upstream of the cartoner
  • the feeding system deposits the product on the drawer chain, which transports it with an alternating movement to be inserted into the carton
  • the mechanical pusher feeds the product into the carton using a mobile channel hopper
  • the packaged carton is completed by closing the flaps as it moves towards the exit side. The carton is removed only when the correct product is present
