Automatic machine for sealing filled capsules, designed to apply a sealing band around the hard capsule body. Construction for easy access and quick format change.
Ideal for the production of liquid or moisture-sensitive products (e.g. probiotics, oils, CBD, collagen, vitamins). Provides tamper-evident protection, improves capsule integrity, and allows the use of liquid, semi-solid, or moisture-sensitive products. Compliant with FDA/GMP, IQ/OQ available.

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS
Filled capsules are fed into the line, and pass through a station with double rollers and double bowl immersed in liquid gelatin. A uniform band is applied around the capsule's body and cap; the capsule is then passed through the drying system, to pre-dry the band before final packaging.
