Monoblock bottle transport, filling, cotton inserting, and capping system that integrates the functions of a complete counting line. It accurately fills the bottles with tablets or

capsules, inserts cotton, and applies the caps. 

• Balcony style construction, making the machine very accessible and allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance. Size changeover mostly automatic, and requiring the replacement of only a few mechanical parts and a few adjustments using hand wheels, numeric indicators, and graduated scales
• Swiftpharm electronic Counter with vibratory trays and EFS counting technology for feeding the tablets or capsules into the bottles
• Controls integrated into a single Touch Screen Panel
• Three inspection stations, a Cotton Inspection Station, a Cap Feed Inspection Station, and a Cap Inspection Station
• Fail-safe reject system is incorporated into the system
