Three head liquid filler machine, fully in stainless steel. Refurbished in 2020, and not used since. Manuals available.

MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS

• Safety guarding with new door safety interlocks and polycarbonate covers
• New Omron PLC, with new PLC program
• New Stainless Steel control panel with reset safety button, mains isolator and stop
• New machine wiring
• Refurbished hydraulic nozzle lift cylinder
• New pneumatic lines
• All new pump seals and nozzle seals (excluding gear pump rotary seal)

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

• Sensors to check bottle presence and back up
• 3 off used positive displacement gear pumps (5L per hour max)
• 3 off used pump drives
• 3 off Omron fill volume controllers
• 3 off used 316 Stainless Steel pneumatic centre jet shut off nozzles (12mm diameter, 200mm length)
