Line composed of FAW cleaning machines, designed for wet cleaning of vials, bottles, ampoules and similar types of container (including non-stable ones) to pharmaceutical industry standards; DHT sterilizing tunnel, for drying, sterilizing and depyrogenizing glass containers using a low-turbulence vertical air flow; fully automatic intermittent motion machines KSF for filling and closing cylindrical glass, plastic or metal containers with two different types of closure. For a wide range of uses in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and related industries. 

STERILIZER CHARACTERISTICS

• cleanroom class A atmosphere in all operating conditions (even during the pre-heating and cooling phases) 
• multiple insulation layers to prevent heat loss and maximize energy efficiency

• Filters: integrated high-efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA filters). Do not require any sealing on the air discharge side.
• Low-turbulence, vertical air flow for optimal heat transfer
• B+S hot gas filter with long filter life

CLOSING MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS

• can be equipped with other dosing technology, such as peristaltic pumps or a time pressure dosing system
• standard closures allowed: rubber stoppers, droppers, screw caps, safety caps and crimp caps, including special caps with pipettes, pump spray assemblies, child-resistant caps, etc.
• easy handling of liquid and viscous products
• up to two different closure types
