MACHINE FEATURES

• double-walled machine housing with air gap in AISI 304 stainless steel. Fully welded frame and inner housing construction, combines a base sump with central drain
• front access window (27.5 inches) in AISI 304 stainless steel flanged safety glass, with 316 stainless steel sampling port
• double inspection doors hinged at the rear of the machine housing, telescopic arm, connections and double-leaf side doors in AISI 304 stainless steel
• eight mixing baffles in AISI 316L (1.4435) stainless steel, mirror polished and fully welded
• perforated production tank in AISI 316 stainless steel, matt satin finish on the outside, with 39% free section area, perforated holes of diameter 2.5/5.8 mm tapered outwards and a valve with a maximum volume capacity of 885 litres
• six AISI 316 stainless steel pressure sensors
• liquid film coating lines in silicone with FEB external coating, while all other lines of interlocking are in food grade polyurethane
• Watson Marlow peristaltic pump tubing in food grade silicone
• six CSI liquid spray guns
