MEDISEAL BLISTERING + CARTONER LINE, MODELS CP400+P1600

Line for packaging medicines and other similar products in blisters and cartons. Flexible line thanks to rapid format changes, and precise thanks to servo-assisted detachments, which allow exact positioning of the blisters before welding, punching and perforation.

1) KÖRBER CP400 BLISTERING MACHINE

High-performance single-lane blisterer. All areas are clearly visible, easily accessible and quick to clean. Built in 1995, electronic upgrade in 2017.

2) KLÖCKNER P1600 CARTONING MACHINE

Designed for packaging small and medium-sized batches. It can also handle very large cartons, with an output of 80 to 150 units per minute. The height adjustment of the cartons is done automatically by means of an actuator. It takes up minimal space but requires few format parts, which can be replaced quickly and easily.
