- ASVG 100 washing machine (container diameter from 16 up to 95 mm, container height from 33 up to 238 mm, capacity up to 3,000 vials per hour);

- Siemens SIMATIC S7-300, electrics 3x400V/50Hz, electrical power 3.5 kVA, vial infeed via DTE 1000 rotary infeed table (1000 mm diameter) under LF-unit, magazin outfeed under mobile LF-unit (the washed vials are to be collected in magazines and manually put into a dry heat sterilizer. After sterilization the vials are transferred to the vial filler. The dry heat sterilizer is not part of our offer);

- DFVG 4001 intermittent vial filling & stoppering machine with LF-unit, container diameter from 14 up to 68 mm, container height from 30 up to 140 mm, pre & post gassing, 4 filling stations using rotary piston pumps, in-process control for checking the filling volume; 

- Siemens SIMATIC S7-300, electrics 230/400V/50Hz, electrical power 3.2 kVA, vial infeed via DTE 600 rotary infeed table (diameter 600 mm), linked directly to KVG 211 A crimping machine, container diameter from 16 up to 100 mm, container height from 30 up to 150 mm, capacity up to 3,600 vials per hour includes camera inspection system for checking the position of the bung/stopper and the bung/stopper gap; 

- Siemens SIMATIC S7-300, electrics 230/400V/50Hz, electrical power 4.4 kVA, magazine outfeed.

Includes a separate HEA 105 vial labeling machine with Allen NGT2 thermo transfer printer for printing the variable data on the labels with print control, barcode-scanner, reject of bad vials and magazine outfeed of good vials, electrics 230/400V/50Hz, electrical power 7.5 kW, vial infeed via DTE 600 rotary infeed table (diameter 600 mm).
