Balcony type shrink wrapping machine for cartons, designed according to the construction concept of the pharmaceutical industry and cGMP standards.

• the complete structure of the machine, balcony type also in the sealing station, consists of a vertical wall that supports the front side of all the units and devices for handling the product
• measures have been adopted to simplify checks at any time during the production cycle

MACHINE FEATURES

• operating parameters are set and stored from the display
• shorter inlet designed to improve the emptying of the line. A 90° positioning is also possible
• the movements are no longer sequential and therefore leave more time for the sealing and cooling cycle
• the main drives are driven by servomotors and motion control units. To make the drives more reliable at high speeds, pneumatic devices have been replaced by mechanical ones
• Brushless motors require less maintenance. This ensures reliability and optimizes the speed of format changeover
• mechanically controlled expansion shafts ensure rapid replacement of the film roll
